You already know that in our specialty coffee shops we have an area reserved for study, research and improving the sensory experience of coffee. This area, which we have called “laboratory”, has a tasting table and scientific instruments (microscopes, colorimeters, TDS, and much more) to measure and evaluate all the parameters involved in the extraction process.
From our Laboratory we teach introductory courses to the world of coffee, specialized weekly tastings, and numerous informative actions. With this we want to spread the coffee culture and allow our clients to expand their knowledge. Getting them to value and enjoy each cup of our coffee, both at home and in our cafes.
