Favorite coffee: I prefer V-60 type filter coffees to spend a quiet afternoon, but when it's summer I prefer an Ice Cappuccino.
Coffee profiles you like: I like the coffee to have a bright and persistent acidity, and hints of fruit and chocolate. 
Process: I prefer the Honey ones.
Origin: I was surprised by the Guatemala Tz'ikin Huehuetenango.
Favorite product on the menu: Affogato.

Personal comment: 

I define myself as an ambitious boy, who tries to achieve his goals with all the necessary efforts, no matter how much it costs. In fact, among my favorite phrases there is a quote from Michael Jordan that says: “I can accept failure, but I can't accept not trying.”

Music: My musical taste encompasses so much that I can't specify. 
Ideal breakfast: Whatever they do for me, but if I had to choose it would be an Americano and toast with cherry bread.

Favorite coffee: My favorite coffee was the Costa Rica Reina Elizabeth in a Chemex coffee maker, but now it has become El Salvador, Montecristo.
Coffee profiles you like: I like specialty coffees with bright, citrusy acidity. With notes of dark chocolate and tropical fruit.

Origin: Costa Rica.

Personal comment: 

I define myself as a shy boy, but very fun and happy, I can't help but dance if I hear a song I like. Being able to combine work with background music that I like makes the day much better. Coffee and good music, great combination.

Ideal breakfast: Coffee. Coffee. And more coffee. And also, raisin and orange bread toast, with jam.
How many coffees do you drink a day?: Four, and if they are a v-60 filter coffee maker, the better. 
Favorite coffee: As a good Colombian that I am, of course those from Colombia. I also really like Cold Brew for the summer. 
Coffee profiles you like: I like sweet specialty coffees, with a very marked acidity and fruity, that remind me of tropical fruit from Colombia.

Process: natural, and Swiss Water in decaffeinated. 
Origin: I like coffees from Colombia and Ethiopia.
Method: my favorite is in Italian and V-60.

Personal comment: 

Five years of learning, getting to know different coffees. I can say that I am immersed in the world of coffee, which is why I have a trip pending to see what a farm is like, and work hand in hand with our specialty coffee grower suppliers.
