ORGANOLEPTIC DESCRIPTION

The fruity touches of this coffee will make you enjoy every second that this coffee spends on your palate.
These touches will remind you of pear, dried apricots and roasted apple, with a toffee finish.
It has a creamy and very sweet body, and medium acidity.

What do we know about the origin of this coffee?

From Central America, and considered one of the largest producers
of coffee, despite its size, El Salvador has two original and highly rated varieties: Pacas and Pacamara.

From said “little big country” we present the Montecristo Estate, where the coffee trees protected by shade share volcanic soil rich in nutrients with avocado and lemon trees at 1400 meters above sea level, thus obtaining a harvest of cherries with fruity notes. bone, in addition to having the nuances of dark chocolate and apple.

These cherries, which will later give us the beans for our coffee, have been exhaustively selected, and spread in thin layers to achieve greater homogeneity during drying, and thus obtain the highest possible quality.

From Tepecoyo, in the region of La Libertad, to our cup, the natural coffee from Finca de Montecristo, to enjoy and feel as the name of the region indicates, LA LIBERTAD!
