In this sensory experience, we will explore the wonderful world of coffee together. We will start with a brief historical introduction to understand the importance that this drink has had over time in different cultures and how it has evolved to become a global passion.
Then we will delve into the process of roasting, grinding and preparing coffee, understanding how each of these steps influences the final flavor of our cup. We will talk about the importance of using the correct grind and water temperature to enhance the flavors and aromas hidden in each coffee bean.
What will the tasting consist of?
For the tasting itself, we will explore a selection of coffees from different regions of the world, each with its own characteristics and nuances.
We will learn to appreciate the subtle aromas, deep flavors and balanced acidity that each coffee offers us. Additionally, we will detail the tasting process, from visual observation to appreciation of the aftertaste, to fully understand the complexity of this delicious drink.
WHICH WILL TAKE PLACE?
Our experience, guided by expert baristas, will immerse you in a journey of flavor and culture for 2 hours. With a special casting value of 3€5 per person, you will have the opportunity to be part of an exclusive group, limited to 10 people.
It will be held at C/Carmen Conde, 23, 30204, Cartagena, Murcia (CAFELAB CIUDAD JARDÍN), specifically in our laboratory, a space dedicated to barista training, which has all types of coffee equipment.
